Pastor Parmely has been with New Life Family Church since January of 2010. He has been married to Sandra since December 1974. They have two grown children, two granddaughters and one great-granddaughter. In 2001, Pastor Parmely earned a B.A. in Organizational Communications from the University of West Florida. He graduated Magna Cum Laude. Having been in ministry since 1986, he has a passion for unpacking the truths of scripture as he teaches and preaches. His wife Sandra is very active within our church. Regina has been with NLFC since March of 2022. She has been married to Nathan since Sept 2013. They have 2 beautiful daughters together.  Regina has taken on the role of Office Manager as of Jan 2024. Regina is a jack-of-all-trades as she also wears many hats within our church family.  Her Husband Nathan is an active part of our church as well, serving in many different areas from worship team to nursery worker. 

Becky is a local schoolteacher here in union Co.  She is currently serving on our board as Church Secretary, for a 3-year term, as well as heading our Women's group.  She has 2 beautiful children and in her "spare time" works at a local BBQ restaurant.  

George and Christine have been married for almost 40 years. George has served on our board in the past. He is currently serving as our Board Treasurer (CFO). This is a one-year term and can be renewed.  George and Christine have a heart for Adoption and Fostering. They have many wonderful testimonies to share. 

Cecelia is an active part of our board. She also serves on our worship team on Sunday mornings, helps with Girl's ministry as well as heads up our Women of Joy ministry.
